SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please Allow anywhere from 2-6 weeks for shipping unless directed otherwise. If for any reason there is a problem with shipping a member of our Wojo team will personally contact you to resolve the matter. Consider all shipping times offered to you as an estimated time frame. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays in shipping or product availability.
Wojogirl is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, We do however send every package with tracking with that being said please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking number to be uploaded.

Returns
WOJOGIRL WILL NOT issue any refunds unless there has been a problem on our behalf, this only include wrong Items shipped & torn or damaged items. We will Double check every item before it is shipped to insure there is no problem and that no-ones time will be wasted. IF a refund is to take place you must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the defective item.
